FG777 is an online casino platform holding a legal business from the Republic of the Philippines. Before creating an account to the platform, the applicant is obligated to read the terms and conditions as any successful registration will be interpreted as the user agreeing to be subjected to these terms.

Platform and User Agreement

Betting Related Terms and Conditions

If an online bet fails to be successfully submitted, the bet will be deemed invalid.
In data loss occurs due to network problems, force majeure disasters, or hacker intrusions, the announcement that will be made by the platform will be the final solution
The platform will record all electronic transactions and said record will serve as the basis for dispute resolutions.

Terms and Conditions on Unfair Bets

If the platform discovers that the user has participated in the platform and used unfair means to place bets, the platform reserves the right to cancel such bets. Any bonuses redeemed and used during the duration of the unfairly placed bet will be deactivated. The platform also reserves the right to deactivate any offending account at its discretion.

This applies to all situation which the platform interprets as unfair. These include finding loopholes to technically play fairly when they aren’t, using loopholes to maliciously transfer money to multiple different accounts, cheating using plug-ins, and attacking the platform through various means.

Terms and Conditions on Account Application

If the platform discovers that a registered user has repeatedly applied for an FG777 account, the platform reserves the right to terminate the offending user’s account. This is detected through the IP address used by the user being used by multiple casino accounts to register additional accounts.

FG777 restricts the creation of an account to a single account per email address, phone number, payment method, and IP address. This means that a gambler who has registered an account in an internet café or a public WiFi area will effectively keep other gamblers from registering in the platform using the same IP address and all accounts detected to have been made using the same IP address will be interpreted as owned by the first user to have registered using the IP address.

Terms and Conditions on Real Money Withdrawal

The user will be required to bind a withdrawal account registered under their own name to prevent any malicious withdrawals into secondary and unauthorized accounts. The user will be required to roll over the deposit amount before being allowed to withdraw real money to prevent malicious money laundering.
